Return / Exchange

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging (if applicable) to qualify for a return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase. It will not be accepted beyond this period.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, an email confirmation will be sent.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 6 business days.

If the return is not approved, the item will be shipped back to the customer.

Exchange Process

Once the returned item is received, an email will be sent with the status of the exchange and tracking details for the replacement item.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on location.
