Return / Exchange

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging (if applicable) to qualify for a return or exchange.

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase. It will not be accepted beyond this period.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, an email confirmation will be sent.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 6 business days.

  • If the return is not approved, the item will be shipped back to the customer.

Exchange Process

  • Once the returned item is received, an email will be sent with the status of the exchange and tracking details for the replacement item.

  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on location.
